A Taste of Tuscany

Simple, seasonal dishes from the rolling hills of Tuscany and the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance are featured every Wednesday this February at Café Med.


It’s all about the porchetta with mostarda, Tuscan ribollita soup, charcuterie, cheeses, bread and tomato salad and more at this Florentine dinner buffet.

Wash it down with 2013 Cappone Chianti Classico (¥1,190 per glass; ¥5,400 per bottle), the perfect pairing for porchetta and Tuscany’s other delectable eats.
