Indoor Cycling

These high-energy, lively classes blast calories and increase endurance while keeping students engaged and entertained.

Cycling classes incorporate spinning with full body toning exercises all choreographed to heart-pumping music.

First-time students and beginners should arrive 5–10 minutes before class time.


Beats and Burn
Burn calories to the beat of energetic dance music and gradually achieve desired fitness goals by following the effective, and original, saddle-free technique.

Cycling Power in Motion (CPM)
Take on different terrains to discover the athlete within. Improve aerobic fitness, burn calories and fat and reach an endorphin high as your inspiring coach leads the cycling pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.

HIIT Spin45

Burn over 500 calories in this 45-minute, high-intensity interval training class. Spin your way to your next level of health and fitness, cycling to the beat of your favorite heart-pumping pop music songs with an enthusiastic instructor guiding you through all levels of performance and terrain profiles.

Spin Theory
This is a high-intensity interval workout followed by upper body and core-stability weight training. During the first 40 minutes of this 60-minute class you will learn and improve your base pace, push pace and sprint training zones. We will then engage the lower body in static and dynamic stretches and use a variety of resistance and stability exercises to tone, sculpt and define your upper body and midsection.

Pedal & Pulse
Thirty minutes of challenging cycling to rev your cardiovascular fitness followed by a ballet-inspired barre workout that sculpts the entire body.

10 tickets: ¥17,280 (¥1,730 per lesson)

Reserve a spot up to seven days ahead. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the lesson. Attendance is limited to the number of bikes available.

Cancellation Policy
• Since the class is limited by the number of bikes available, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Cancellations made after the deadline will be charged the full course fee.
